16 extra-large strawberries
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
7 tbsp. blue sanding sugar or sprinkles
Rinse your berries and pat dry. Line a plate with wax paper or foil. Place your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl & heat at 30 second intervals until smooth. This should take about 3-4 minutes. Place your sugar or sprinkles in a small bowl then, holding the berry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate until 2/3 covered, lightly shaking off the excess. Dip the bottom third of the berry into the sugar and place on your wax paper until done. Let chill at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
