Yep, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds. It's not my favorite Beatles song; honestly, it might not even be in the top ten (there are so many great ones, after all) but there's something undeniably enchanting about the melody. I know there's many rumors about what it actually means but I like the story about John Lennon's son Julian, as a child, drawing a picture and calling it 'Lucy - in the sky with diamonds' - named after a girl in his class.
The video I found on YouTube doesn't exactly fit with that story, as it's a cartoon and a pretty trippy one at that. So maybe Paul's story on the origin of the name was closer to the truth?
